What is Computer Based Testing
Computer-Based Testing (CBT) is an efficient way to provide a secure, consistent environment for certification and licensure while significantly enhancing the candidate experience. Testing is done in a secure proctored testing center at a personal computer workstation.

How will this change affect me?
The application/approval process will not change however, customers will be required to take an additional step after being approved to schedule their testing appointment with Prometric.

When will customers be able to schedule their exam appointment with Prometric
After being approved for ASQ Certification, customers can schedule their exam at the nearest Prometric Testing Center.

Can customers choose to take a paper and pencil exam?
No, beginning with the October exam window (September 1-October 15, 2016) all exams will only be offered via CBT. (Exceptions include Special Administrations and Translated exams which will roll out via CBT in 2017.)

Six Sigma Yellow Belt - CSSYB 
Certified Supplier Quality Professional - CSQP 
Reliability Engineer – CRE
Quality Technician – CQT
Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence - CMQ/QE
